We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and footwear, please review this policy carefully.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Swimsuits must have the hygiene liner intact. Flip-flops must be tried on only on clean, carpeted surfaces (no sole wear). Beach dresses must be unworn and unwashed.
Strictly Non‑Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Swimsuits, beach dresses, or flip-flops that have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use.

Items with removed tags, stains, odors (perfume, smoke, chlorine), or pet hair.

Final sale items: Marked “Clearance,” “As‑Is,” or “Final Sale.”
Return Process

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached.

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured service.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non‑refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Size & Color Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings, fabric dye lots, and natural material variations, actual colors may vary slightly. Size charts are provided – please measure before ordering. These variations are not considered defects.
