1. Products & Orders

  • We sell women‘s beachwear and footwear: swimsuits, beach dresses, and flip‑flops.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Swimsuits & Beach Dresses (Flammability – 16 CFR 1610):

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

  • Tight‑fitting swimwear is exempt from flammability testing – but still keep away from ignition sources.

  • Not intended for use as children's sleepwear (stricter standards apply).

For Flip-flops (Footwear Safety):

  • Use on dry, clean surfaces – wet surfaces may be slippery.

  • Replace when soles show significant wear.

  • Not intended for athletic activities or rough terrain.

  • Keep away from children – small parts may pose choking hazard.

3. FTC Labeling Compliance
Our textile products (swimsuits, beach dresses) comply with:

  • 16 CFR Part 303 – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer RN.

  • 16 CFR Part 423 – permanent care instructions (wash/dry methods).

4. Safety Standards Compliance

5. Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC)
For swimwear or beach dresses intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory, including CPSIA lead (<100 ppm substrate, ≤90 ppm coating), phthalates (<0.1%), and 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels on product and packaging.

6. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning is displayed on product pages and packaging.

7. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse.

9. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
